Privacy & Data
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1 · What we store
To run the service we store: your email address and a hashed password; your properties (names, timezones); the calendar URLs you connect and the events they contain; manual blocks, tags, feeds, and views you create; and notification preferences. Standard server logs (including IP addresses) are kept briefly for security and rate limiting.
Connected platform feeds occasionally include guest details in event titles or notes. We store what the feed sends, but it stays private to your account — see below.
2 · What leaves your account
Only through links you create. Export feeds and public view pages show dates and provider names only — never guest names or booking details (exports say “Airbnb — Reserved”, nothing more). Tokens are long random secrets; you can regenerate or disable any link at any time.
3 · What we don't do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond providing the service. There is no third-party tracking; the only cookie is your session. Traffic is proxied through Cloudflare (which processes requests to provide CDN and security) and we use Cloudflare's cookieless analytics for aggregate page counts.
4 · Email
We email you only for the notifications you enable in Settings (conflicts, bookings, back-to-back days), password resets, and rare important service notices. No marketing lists.
5 · Retention and deletion
Event history is kept while the account exists (cancelled events are marked cancelled, not erased, so your calendar history stays honest). Deleting your account in Settings permanently removes your properties, calendars, events, feeds, views, and tags.
6 · Your rights
You can access and correct your data in the app, export your calendars via your own feeds, and delete everything yourself. For anything else — a copy of your data, a correction, or a question — write to [email protected].
7 · Changes
If this policy changes materially we will note it here and, for significant changes, email account holders. See also the Terms of Service.
